Rainbow Bridge - In Memory of Kamoogi
I know this is not what I usually post here on the blog, but I was feeling quite sad I lost my friend and pet Kamoogi. She ventured to far from home and was hit by a car on Sunday. In memory of Kamoogi. She will be missed. She was the light of my life with her antics and comic personality.

Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together….

Freebies and More - New Design
As I am sure all of you have noticed I have installed a new template. It was time to update my wordpress and the old template didn’t work with the new wordpress, so here we are with a whole new design. There are a few bugs, the articles directory is not functioning quite right. I am working on this. Categories went poof when I updated. Please be patient and things will get back to normal.
I have spent the better part of the day reassigning categories. I know they are sparse and hopefully with some extra time this week can add on some new catefories so it will be easier to find things.
The articles plugin doesnt want to work. So I will be looking for a new way to list out articles on a page. I am sure there are many more quirks with the plugins I havent figured out. The Rate It just disappearred when I updated. All old freebies and old posts were cleaned out. No point in having freebies no longer available.
All in all I think the new design is much cleaner and easier to navigate. Hopefully you will all enjoy it as well. I sure would like to know what you would all like to see on the blog?
