Clickbooth on Incentive Sites
Clickbooth sent out an email that any incentive based sites will be turned down in the future and those who are already affiliated over the next couple weeks will have their accounts paused.
“As a team we decided this channel strategy on a long term basis, no matter how much emphasis is placed on quality and compliance is destined to be unsuccessful and goes
against our core company emphasis on quality.”
They did request all incentive sites arrange to cease advertising in a 72 hour period. Accounts that are paused will not be deleted in hopes all will have a non incentive site they wish to continue promoting their affiliate links.
This is quite sad as many affiliate programs are turning away incentive sites. Why? Most likely due to the abuse by many of the PTR and Paid Offer sites which are encouraging fraud to members to earn more money. What does this mean for the honest sites? Less advertising to send to their members sadly.

Ive said it many times in my life, “I realy don’t know how man has made it this far”
I remember back when they scraped ads on rocks and someone offered me FREE “Dino Biscuits” if I entered their sweepstakes.
They PAID for my Cave Addy!!!!
OMG!! The Net can be so simple minded..and paranoid!

FRAUD!? WTF!!…
Not the real problem though I think it is TOTALLY Disgusting to call it FRAUD! VERY Self Serving and Self Centered on their part. But what is new in this New Enlightend Western of ME.
It is FRAUD if I tell my friend to besure to read the TOS and don’t forget to cancel? WTF!
Do they want people to try their product or are they JUST Trying to SCAM people?
MANY co have offered “Risk FREE” Trials and HONORED them.
The problem is the knowledge that can be spread to the masses on a large scale on the net.
There have ALWAYS been people who took radio and TV ads up on their offer and CANCELED.
That WAS the OFFER to look at the product. Was the Offer a LIE?
But when you have an unpreditable LARGE Mass of Cancels like the net can cause…I bet the Liars(?) feel it and don’t like it.
They want/need to keep their cancel rate within predictable percentages rather than have to deal with the wild unpreditable numbers and swings from the net.
Eventually the net numbers should become preditable. End result…they will pay affilates LESS…bummer
But the complaining advertisers will Be Back to scam again…Count on it!
